An evening with Simon Callow – and Charles Dickens

In 1863, Charles Dickens performed a reading of his novels at the British Embassy Paris, to raise money for the British Charitable Fund Paris. Some 150 years later, the venerable British actor – and Charles Dickens biographer –  Simon Callow recreated the event.  A wonderful evening for a good cause – under the approving eye, we hope, of the ghost of Dickens’ (future) past.
